  1. Like the sentiment. They are gentrifying Sanford Avenue and this scene shows just how relaxed a muchly white intrusion into a formerly Black avenue (which began as a so-called white enterprise before the last century was new. A craft brewery, an eclectic flinging of watering holes and shops and an old-fashioned grocery and such along with some really neat haunts inhabit the Georgetown area of East Sanford. I might have opted for a front-end loader, but they just ain’t skinny enough for the front door.
